COVER STORY: The legacy of the one and only Tony Bennett
Tony Bennett, one of the greatest pop/jazz singers of all time, died Friday, July 21, at the age of 96. Correspondent Mo Rocca looks back on the life and career of the 20-time Grammy-winner with one of his sons, Danny Bennett (who was also his manager); and with NPR host Scott Simon, who co-authored Bennett's 2017 memoir, "Just Getting Started."

Rewilding: Letting nature take over
After decades of intensive farming, plowing and chemical applications on the grounds surrounding Knepp Castle, about an hour outside of London, the owners realized the landscape was not thriving, and decided on a radical new approach: rewilding, allowing the land to return to its natural state. Correspondent David Pogue pays a visit to see how, in a short span of time, this land has now become one of the most important biodiversity hotspots in the United Kingdom, home to an incredible variety of plants, animals, birds, and insects, many of them endangered.

Meet Maine's most celebrated young beekeeper
Since she took up beekeeping at the age of six, Elizabeth Downs has been convinced she'd found her calling. Now 11, she works with beekeeping associations in Maine, sells honey for charity, and gives talks about bees in schools. Correspondent Martha Teichner asks Downs about her passion for pollinators, and her hope to one day become the state apiarist – Maine's official beekeeper.

Surprise healing from a health care provider's bills
When Melody Morrow, of New York City, paid her bills for physical therapy, it provided its own special kind of healing, thanks to the anonymous artistic touches that graced her billing statement envelopes. Correspondent Steve Hartman reports on acts of kindness from an accounting office.
"Barbie" star Margot Robbie on being a "thrill seeker"
One of the most anticipated films of the summer is "Barbie," starring Margot Robbie as the famous Mattel doll – a challenging role for the two-time Oscar-nominee.
